Nebraska Congressman Lee Terry is suddenly concerned about squandering your tax dollars!

Here's what he says on TV in his new campaign ads:

But here's what he does in Congress between elections:

John Ewing: Lee Terry's Vote Adds Another $1 Trillion To The National Debt
Aug. 2, 2012
Omaha, Neb—The easiest way to create economic security for small business owners in Nebraska would have been to support the bill already passed by the U.S. Senate maintaining tax rates for 98% of Americans. By holding the middle class tax cut hostage in order to preserve another tax cut for Congressman Terry's wealthy special interests, Congressman Terry is showing how little he cares about reducing the deficit and bringing down the unemployment rate.
"Lee Terry needs to listen to his constituents, Warren Buffet most prominently, when they tell him that the middle class is struggling in this country, but we simply cannot afford another $1 trillion dollars in tax cuts for the most fortunate. As much as he wants to claim this is a small business issue, Congressman Terry is merely seeking another way to line the pockets of special interests that make up 2/3 of his campaign contributions."
According to the Congressional Budget Office and the Joint Committee on Taxation, tax cuts for the wealthiest in this country have increased our annual deficits by 12.3% since 2001.
